Tuna Salad

    What you'll need

    1 Large glass mixing bowl with cover
    1 wooden mixing spoon
    1 large serving spoon
    1 large cooks knife
    1 1 cup measuring cup

    Ingredients

    1 12 oz. can of Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Spring Water
    2 Eggs (hard boiled) chopped fine
    1/2 medium onion chopped fine
    2-3 green onions chopped fine
    1/2 cup of lettuce chopped fine
    1 tbls Parsley chopped fine
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 cap full of Rice Vinegar or Lemon Juice
    salt/pepper/paprika

    What you have to do

    Open the can of tuna and drain the water out. Squeeze the lid against the tuna to get all the water
    out. Put the tuna in the large mixing bowl and break it up. Mix in the chopped onions, green onions,
    parsley, lettuce and eggs. Mix well. Stir in 1 large serving spoon of mayonnaise. (Put more if you
    want). Add 1 cap full of Rice Vinegar or Lemon Juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Smooth the top
    and sprinkle with Paprika. Refrigerate.

    Serves 4 - 6.
