DescriptionThis burger hails not from Louisiana but from neighboring Texas, from San Antonio, to be exact. It got it's name from it's contents; an Ortega Chili, butterflied, fried and set atop this jewel of a burger. It's not hot just flavorful and enticing and delicious.
