
Meat loaf Cheese Burger
Description
There's two ways to make this delicious burger delicacy. One is to use that leftover meat loaf that there's not enough for a meal or you can make it from scratch. Either way it's a delicious change from the regular burger. Use your imagination!What you need1 cast iron frying pan
1 spatula
1 large kitchen knife
1 garlic pressIngredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 bell pepper chopped fine
1 large brown or yellow onion chopped fine
6 green onions chopped fine
6 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1 pkg. American cheese
4 tomatoes sliced
1 head of lettuce leafed
2 large brown or yellow onion sliced
1 package of hamburger buns
salt and pepperWhat you need to do
Mix well into ground beef, onions, green onions, bell pepper, garlic, bread crumbs and egg. Salt and pepper. Make 1/2 thick patties.
Over medium heat put a little vegetable oil in frying pan. Fry on one side 10 to 15 minutes, flip over for another 10 to 15. When they're almost done place American cheese slice on burger patty. Put mayonnaise on bun top and bottom, place burger on bottom bun, top with onion, lettuce and tomato. Salt and pepper and serve.
