What you'll need
1 8" cast iron skillet
1 small stainless steel spatula
1 large cooking knife
1 large stainless steel strainerIngredients
1 pound pork fat
What you need to do
Slice pork into 1/4" slices then cut about 1/2" wide bits. Over medium heat put the chunks into the skillet and fry crisp. Strain, shake and serve.
