
Cheez Whiz Burger
DescriptionThis is another unusual and unusually good burger. It's made with two thin patties welded together with Cheez Whiz inside and topped with lettuce, tomato and onion if you choose. It's Cheezie!What you need1 large cast iron frying pan
1 spatula
1 large kitchen knifeIngredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 15 oz. jar of Cheez Whiz
4 tomatoes sliced
1 head of lettuce leafed
2 large brown sliced onions (optional)
1 package of hamburger buns
salt and pepperWhat you need to do
Make 1/4" thick patties about 1/2" larger around than you would normally. Spread Cheez Whiz over one pattie not quite to the end. Place the second pattie over the first and crimp around the edges sealing in the Cheez Whiz. Over medium heat put a little vegetable oil in frying pan. Fry on one side 10 minutes, flip over for another 10. Put mayonnaise on bun top and bottom, place burger on bottom bun, top with lettuce and tomato. Salt and pepper and serve. Onion (optional)
