Cajun Garlic Fingers

Description

Oh boy, you gonna like this one! Cajun Garlic Fingers are French bread cut crossways, soaked in Garlic Butter and... well you gonna have to read the recipe! But I promise you it's easy and fast to make an' you gonna love it.

What you need

1 small sauce pan
1 stirring spoon
1 thick aluminum cookie sheet
1 pair tongs
1 basting brush
1 large cooking knife
1 1 cup measuring cup
1 large serving dish

Ingredients

4 12" French Rolls
1/2 pound butter
6-8 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup of Parmesan Grated Cheese
1/4 cup Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning or Louisiana Cajun Seasoning

What you need to do

Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat stirring in minced garlic. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the French Bread in half lenthwise then cut it cross ways in 3/4" strips. Dip bread strips into butter/garlic mixture soaking all sides. Place on cookie sheet. With basting brush, brush the rest of the butter/garlic onto bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Put in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove. Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning and serve.
