Description

Oh boy, have I got a good one! It's as old as the hills and still as delicious as ever; tender and tasty, fried in butter to melt in your mouth! It's easy and quick. Young and old will remember you forever when you make these tasty delights. Just make sure that you make enough!

What you'll need

1 small cast iron skillet
1 small spatula
1 paring knife
1 serving dish

Ingredients

4 peeled bananas sliced in half lengthwise, cut in half crosswise
1/2 stick of butter or margarine
Ground Cinnamon

What you need to do

Melt the butter over medium heat in the skillet. Place the cut bananas flat side down in the pan for about 5 minutes or until brown. Turn the bananas over and sprinkle with ground cinnamon across the top and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes. Remove to serving dish.

Serves 2-4
